What makes your campaigns risk-free?
It may seem too good to be true, but here's how it works: When you select one of our programs, IMS creates a customized marketing event using Direct Mail, Email, and various other media channels. If no one comes in to buy a car from our marketing campaign, you won't owe us a penny. IMS is compensated solely based on the actual cars sold. If no sales occur, we don't get paid, and the loss is on us, not you!
Does IMS use dealer data?
No. 100% of the marketing data used for the campaign is IMS data. Each data list is exclusive to the dealership, and not concurrently marketed to for another dealership in the same PMA.
What type of results are typical?
IMS campaigns typically drive a minimum of 20-30 sales over a 65-day period (based on 20,000 consumers being targeted). Approximately 80% of the sales are traditionally conquest customers. These results vary depending on the dealership’s inventory size, brand, region, and closing percentages.
Do dealers have access to the manifest list?
Yes. For transparency, IMS sends the dealer our full manifest list of all targeted prospects prior to the start of each campaign.
How long does it take from agreement to campaign start?
It’s a fast turnaround. After receiving the signed agreement, IMS will promptly supply the dealer with creative proofs for review on the following business day. No deployment occurs without written approval from the dealership. Generally, the mail reaches homes within a week after IMS receiving approval for printing.
Are there any setup costs or fees?
None. IMS prides itself on having no hidden fees, period.
How do you verify sales?
Sales are impartially measured through a lead-matching process carried out by an independent 3rd party specializing in this service. CDK Global, Inc., our trusted partner, executes the sales matching process in a highly secure environment, ensuring industry-leading standards, so no one gains access to your data.
What’s the next step once I’m ready to proceed?
1) IMS will forward an online agreement for your review. (No long-term commitment)
2) Our team will handle the customization of all creatives, data models and co-op approvals, taking care of the heavy lifting.
3) A brief kick-off call will be scheduled to gather any final information and guide you through our process.
4) Once dealer approves the creatives, it will take around 7 days for the campaign to deploy!
